SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the European Union and the Czech Republic.

Shipping Options & Rates

Available shipping methods, carriers, and current shipping rates are always shown at checkout. They may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery country/region
  • The contents of your order
  • The order value
  • Current carrier availability

From time to time, we may also offer free shipping or promotional rates – if applicable, they will be displayed automatically at checkout.

Pick-up Points

For certain shipping methods, you may be asked to choose a pick-up point after completing your order (e.g., via a selection step or link provided by the carrier). If a pick-up point is required, you will receive clear instructions during checkout and/or in your order confirmation email.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time depends on:

  • The destination (Czech Republic, EU country, or specific region)
  • Your selected shipping method (door-to-door, pick-up point, etc.)
  • Current carrier capacity and schedules

Estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout and/or in your confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance (for EU shipments)
  • Weather or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before confirming your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may need to charge additional shipping costs for reshipment (as applicable).

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. Use this number to monitor your package in real-time through the carrier's tracking system.

Risk of Loss

Once your package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to you. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during transit. For damage or loss claims, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EU CUSTOMERS

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries to EU member states outside Czech Republic:

  • Dietary supplements are classified as food products under EU Directive 2002/46/EC
  • Shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance
  • You are responsible for any import duties or VAT that may be charged by your country (not Vitalgong)
  • Customs clearance may add additional time to your delivery

EU Consumer Rights

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving unopened dietary supplements, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), subject to conditions in our Refund Policy (www.vitalgong.com/refunds).
